There's no argument or disagreement that Naveed Haq killed one Jew and injured 5 others. There is no argument that he he yelled anti-Israeli and anti-Semitic sentiments as he mowed down the Jews at the Seattle Jewish Center.

The only question apparently is whether or not he is insane - which is something that the jury couldn't agree on.
