Until now I wasn't really paying attention, nor was I even making an attempt at understanding the differences between the US candidates for president, but this YNET article has made it clear who WON'T get my vote.

As if the other choices are any better?

By the way, what's up with the new color scheme for the blog?

You're concerned about the color scheme?! What about all those boxes inside boxes......we're all boxed in!!!

Oh, BTW, Obama would be good for Israel for it might make Israel realize that there is really nobody in this world, except Hashem, that is going to help. We need to stop looking for non Jewish people/country/aid and start looking for Hashem/Torah guidance.

I am surprised or maybe I missed the fact that JoeSettle has not has any articles on Rabbi David Bar-Hayim http://www.machonshilo.org

I find their use of the letter "q" annoying and distracting. But what a great looking template they have for their website.

Think of the colors that were in the Beit HaMikdash and the colors that the Cohen Gedol wore. This will brighten up your site and make it look rich and more on a higher plane rather than a group of dirty brown boxes.

I'm a settler, not a Cohen. So I'll try an Orange base and see how that goes

Judging by the views expressed on his site, R' Bar-Hayim appears to be the world's first Israeli-born Conservative rabbi.

Actually - since it's on YNET, that may actually make me think twice about Obama (knowing how YNET isn't real pro-Israel to beging with)
